Tongass National Forest encompasses nearly 17 million miles of beautiful terrain. Within the 3.3 million acre expanse of Glacier Bay National Park, several tidewater glaciers tower hundreds of feet over the waterline, and the historic Harding Icefield boasts more than 30 dramatic glaciers.
