When travel is booked with Vai Travel, constructive cost documentation is obtained at the time of booking. When travelers book outside this channel, extra administrative effort and cost are required to ensure compliance with our policies.

Required Information and Documentation
All airline & rail receipts must contain:
- Traveler Name
- Airline/Rail provider name
- Ticketing date & Ticket/Confirmation
- Fare paid & Proof of payment
- Departure & Arrival cities/times
- Class of service/Cabin accommodation
